but whats the diff between this and a tent? at least a tear drop camper doesnt need to be set up completely and usually has a cooking space in the back.

Cute, but any advantage over a tent, apart from a meter’s ground clearance? I mean, if it had a toilet or shower… or stove…

The track is Popcorn by Kraftwerk. You’re German; you must know Popcorn!! :o

@dapopoat911 You’re forgetting that it’s really hard to pull a TENT behind your bike .. you pinhead. hahah

actually not bad, but they have a point about a tent being just as practical.

This is SOOOO cool! We are looking for a small trailer to pull with our Miata. And to those who think a tent is the same…ummm no. We’ve had pop up and a tent and trust me, the pop up is so much easier!

Well, I suppose it can’t be avoided sometimes.

Yes, you know how motorcyclists love to take their bikes out in the rain to go camping…

i’d still like a teardrop camper, as it has a hard chassis.

meh, doesn’t look that much better then a pup tent to be honest, and probably costs 100X the ammount.

  21. whrm3on 24 Apr 2010 at 3:59 am

    Get a tent!

Horrible video! Loud, frenetic, distracting music. No explanation. A waste of cyberspace.

If you’re riding a bike where would you store it? You sure as hell can’t fit something that big into a saddle bag. Plus where are you going to put all your other camping niceties like sleeping bags, cots (if you use them, wouldn’t need to here). food, cookware, etc….. This has a big storage place for all those. Plus you’re not sleeping on the ground, so it’ll be allot warmer, no nasty surprises in your sleeping bag when you try to get in.

Can anyone tell me what is the price of the pocket camper and do you ship to the U.S.
